Products must be returned to our headquarters in The Netherlands. Using a different address will impediment the processing of your return, or shall lead to serious delay and deduction from the amount to refund of any additional processing fees.

Return shipping is not possible for specially ordered items.
Shipping costs for the return of products are paid by the customer. We will only cover return shipping costs if we have delivered a product that is not conform to the order, or if a mistake has been made that is directly attributable to our actions.
When you return your products as a business customer, the actual shipping costs and € 15,- administration costs will be deducted from the purchase amount.
Only products received in perfect condition, complete (with their accessories), functional, in their packaging and their original documentation, all in perfect condition, are eligible for a refund.In the event of a damage to a product or its packaging, or in case of incomplete return, we reserve the right to deduct the damage or loss from the amount to refund.
